Easy to read large 6 digits LCD display, with auto backlight. Auto zero tracking and digit intensity filtering to comply with various operating conditions. Runs of rechargeable battery.

Manual recording of weight and adding is required.

ACCUMULATION AND PRINT

Double display ART indicator allows entering in of data makes it a truly professional weighing instrument. Add up your vehicle weight easily. Type in Reg no etc. A mains connection is needed for this option.

A solid straight, level surface is required to start weighing.

Measure your longest truck and double it.

OVERVIEW

The L15B weigh pads are a complete portable weighing solution for overload control or loading activities. Businesses who might require this include: transporters, waste management, demolition, logging, aggregate, mining and farming.

Each pad is capable of withstanding 15Ton.

This far exceeds any commercial loaded truck axle.

The procedure to weigh each axle is illustrated alongside.

Once the weight is stable, record this weight and proceed to weighing the next axle. When all the axles are weighed you can then add the weight together giving you the gross weight of the vehicle. If the optional advanced indicator is chosen the time, date, reg.no is printed, along with each axle result and a total.

The weigh pad system consists of: 2 x 15ton pads, 2 sets of heavy duty rubber on/off ramps, the digital indicator and optional printer.

All you’ll need for your own portable weighing solution.

BASIC OVERVIEW

Measure the width of the vehicle to the centre of each tyre.

These will be where the pads are placed.

Stop in the centre of the weigh pad live area. Do not use a brake or handbrake during weighing, operator then records weight and instructs driver to move forward to repeat process until all axles are weighed. If used correctly an accuracy of ± % can be achieved. Weights cannot be compared to that of a weighbridge.
