The Discovery compact weighbridge is the perfect addition to a new business. The low profile design, with a 15Ton capacity will allow you to weigh small vehicles, thus moving your company into the next level of weighing.

The Discovery package is standard with ON and OFF ramps, side assist barriers, an intelligent weighing indicator and printer. You get a complete weighing package all of which carries an SABS & SANAS legal for trade use certificate.

SIDE BARRIERS & ULTRA LOW PROFILE

The side assist barriers are there to guide the driver onto the scale.

The Discovery 5M is very low profile to allow for shorter ramps therefore reducing the amount of valuable yard space required. Standing just ± 140mm from the ground to the top of the deck and approx 300mm from the ground to the top of the rail. The side barriers are painted in our bright green to allow easy viewing.

INDICATOR & PRINTING

The Discovery 5M comes complete with an intelligent ART indicator which allows you to save up to 5 printcodes. The ART is connected to a printer which will then print a ticket for your customer showing your company name and details, a ticket number (reducing operator fraud) as well as print codes you have assigned to it.

You can choose to have duplicate paper, allowing you to keep a copy of the ticket for your records.

TYPES OF VEHICLES YOU CAN WEIGH ON THE DISCOVERY

The Discovery 5m is designed to weigh your popular pickups as well as small trucks shown below which have a wheelbase of under 5m. It is also capable of weighing 2ton forkfilts.

The compact weighbridge is not designed to weigh larger trucks as they will overload the scale.
